Esizayo Concepts is a Cape Town–based South African industrial and commercial technical contractor. Our name comes from isiZulu — "Esizayo" meaning helping hands — and it captures how we work with clients: capable, accountable, and available when you need us.

Most facilities juggle separate contractors for HVAC, electrical, kitchen equipment, refrigeration and LPG gas. Each handover adds risk, delay and overhead. Esizayo brings those disciplines under one roof so you procure, install and service through one team that owns the outcome.

Common questions.
Yes. We issue Electrical Certificates of Compliance (CoC) on completion of all electrical installations, signed off by a registered electrician. For LPG and gas work we issue Gas Certificates of Conformity, completed by registered gas practitioners in accordance with SANS standards.
We service Cape Town and surrounding Western Cape areas — including the CBD, Atlantic Seaboard, Southern and Northern Suburbs, West Coast, Helderberg, Stellenbosch and the Winelands — within approximately 150km of Cape Town CBD.

We aim to respond to all quote requests within one business day. For straightforward scopes we can often turn around a quote the same day.
We handle everything end-to-end — procurement, installation and ongoing servicing. You deal with one contractor and one point of accountability across all five of our trade disciplines.
Yes. We offer servicing and maintenance contracts on existing equipment regardless of who supplied or installed it originally.
Yes. We work across restaurants, hotels, retail, offices, warehouses, production facilities and industrial plants — any site requiring HVAC, electrical, kitchen, refrigeration or LPG gas work.
We require a 50% deposit on acceptance of a quotation, with the balance payable on completion. All quotes are valid for 30 days from date of issue.
