2. Services
Esizayo Concepts (PTY) Ltd provides HVAC, electrical, commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration and LPG gas services including procurement, installation, maintenance and repairs. All work is subject to written quotation and acceptance.
3. Quotations & Payment
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be specified in the quotation and agreed contract. Late payments may incur interest charges.
4. Warranties
Workmanship warranties and manufacturer equipment warranties apply as specified in your contract. Claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.
5. Limitation of Liability
Esizayo Concepts (PTY) Ltd liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages except where required by law.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
